Project description
Brandfield is growing rapidly and therefore looking for a new application landscape and partner to replace their current infrastructure. They chose NetSuite, with Profource as implementation partner. The first step was to deliver a robust solution based on Profource’s best practices. Application management was then used to make the application work properly, so larger changes could be tackled and additional modules and functionalities implemented (such as Advanced Financials and Case Management).
Progressively Profource trained key users and further expanded the application knowledge at Brandfield, allowing the application management function to be gradually taken over more and more independently. The Profource Service Desk now provides second and third-line support where necessary.
Details
Due to absence at the client, Profource quickly scaled up the first few months after implementation in order to be able to fully relieve Brandfield of its application management responsibilities.
