Profource part of Redmore Group
We would like to inform you that as of December 1, 2015 Profource has become part of the Redmore Group.
Thanks to our valued customers, this year has been very successful for Profource. But our ambitions reach higher. We are always looking to improve our services and to be more valuable for our customers. This is why we decided to join the Redmore Group, as an independent member.
Synergy
The Redmore Group recognizes market needs for smarter result oriented solutions that contribute to an efficient operation in the financial sector and in large organizations. The activities of Profource – with our Oracle specific focus – seamlessly fit the Redmore Group. We expect to see synergy for both organizations in terms of growth and value added services. Customers are fully complementary and finance, consulting and technology services are not overlapping in any way; it is effectively 1+1=3.
Changes
Mr Wim Seebregts will stay on as Managing Director of Profource, as well as Mr Berry Clemens as Sales Director. Mr Robert Belder has resigned as director and shareholder as per December 1, 2015.
As for our services: nothing will change. Our customers can count on us as always, and we remain fully committed to achieving the maximum efficiency for their organizations.
We are proud to be part of the Redmore Group. With our sourcing, consultancy and technology services for new customers as Rabobank, ING, ABN AMRO, SNS, Delta Lloyd, Nationale-Nederlanden, ABP, a.s.r., Achmea, Centraal Beheer and many others, our organization now consists of 1,000 consultants and € 100 million turnover.
