Proven added value for classical Oracle Fusion PPM training
In the first week of March, again, a Fusion Implementation training was executed by Profource. This time located in Madrid and the subject was Project Portfolio Management (PPM). For four and a half days, up to eight participants could experience the whole program of setup steps and – considerations. Topics like setup considerations about the Enterprise Structure, Data Sharing, Project Foundation, – Costing, – Control, – Billing & Revenue and Project Performance Management where explained and discussed. For Project Execution Management topics about Resource Management, Project – and Task Management were discussed.
Interaction and discussion
The background of the participants was divers, from experienced EBS Projects till Peoplesoft Financials only. In the contrary to online training, it was possible to create an interactive atmosphere, which allows space for discussions about setup considerations and sharing practical experiences. During the training, but especially in the evaluation, the participants reflected the added value of personal interaction, which improves the quality of the training. Also the feedback about the balance between content and hands-on exercises received positive response. Again a proven added value for classical Oracle Fusion Applications training.
