Of course, the Oracle Business Intelligence Tool allows users to create Reports and Dashboards as well, but those rely on user initiative before they can be viewed. This way, in day to day business, important reports may easily be overlooked.
Alerts Library: 10 most wanted HCM reports
To solve this, Profource has created the Alerts Library. The Alerts Library consists of 10 frequently requested HCM reports, which can be send automatically via email to HR and/or Line Managers. The reports, recipients and messages can be configured to match the customer’s wishes and business needs.

The alerts can be scheduled to be send (to a specific or dynamic email address) with a preferred frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.).
